to developmental help,organized by the norwegian government, was opening
this week in Oslo, Oxfam International publishes its last study : « Breaking
bad habits, the World Bank and IMF still addicted to conditionalities »,
and requires from Bretton Woods institutions to put an end to these conditionalities.
