The Board of Directors of Oxfam France - Agir ici*
The members of the Board of Directors, which consists of researchers, agriculturalists,
journalists, share a common vision of Oxfam France - Agir ici project. With
diverse backgrounds, ages, drawn from across France and further, they engage
in the association on a voluntary basis. They meet four times a year and
communicate through telephone conferences. In addition, associates also supervise
the various projects that are in progress.

- Board of Directors 2006
The office is composed of*:
- Reynald Blion
- President. Economist, member of the Board of Directors since 1998; he
works at the Panos Institute on international migrations issues.
- Dominique Audouze
- Vice-President, in charge of partnerships and alliances: Jurist, member
of the Board of Directors since 1999, she works at the “Mouvement Français
pour le Planning Familial” (French Movement for Family Planning) on international
issues.
- Anne-Marie Gosse
- Treasurer : she has a business background, member of the Board of Directors
since March 2004, Finance Director at “Reporters sans frontières”, and
at the PANOS Institute, currently running an association fighting against
Aids.
- David Eloy
- Secretary: agriculturalist, member of the Board of Directors since 2000;
he collaborated on Interdependent People (“Peuples solidaires”) and AITEC;
he is currently a Project Manager in Communication at CRID (Research and
Information Centre for Development).
- Sabrina Guérard
- In charge of relations with decision-makers: she graduated in Political
science, is member of the Board of Directors since 2003; she works at the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the French Ambassador at the Global fund
to fight against HIV and Aids, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
- Xavier Guigue
- In charge of relations with the network of Oxfam France - Agir ici :
Agriculturalist, member of the Board of Directors since 2001, he participated
for several years to the School of Peace (“l’Ecole de la Paix”); he is
currently running the training centre for development, ITECO, in Belgium.
The other members
of the Board of Directors are :
- Christine Dennefeld
- Biologist; member of the Board of Directors since 1999, coordinator of
the Oxfam France - Agir ici local group in Strasbourg; she works at the
CNRS (National Centre of Scientific Research).
- Marie-Pierre Abry-Musa
- Graduated in International Relations; member of the Board of Directors
since 2005; she collaborated with Cimade; she is currently working on giving
support to the victims of violence in France.
- Anne-Sophie Brouillet
- Geographer; member of the Board of Directors since 2005; she is currently
animating a network supporting the public policies dedicated to reducing
poverty and inequalities (IMPACT Network) within the GRET.
- Christophe Hémery
- Graduated in International Relations; member of the Board of Directors
since 2005; he spent several years in India and other developing countries
doing various jobs; he has been responsible since 1999 for monitoring the
competition in an International audit cabinet.
- Eve Poulteau
- Graduated in International cooperation and development, member of the
Board of Directors since 2005; she is a parliamentary assistant at the
Senate.
- David Sunderland
- Geographer; member of the Board of Directors since 2005; he has worked
for many British NGOs as well as for governmental cooperation; he is currently
collaborating with UNESCO on a programme fighting against HIV/ AIDS.
- Bernard Faure
- Economist and Jurist; member of the Board of Directors since 2005; he
has worked for several big companies and has been a President of University
from 1997 to 2005; he is currently a Consultant specialised in the coordination
of training and research programs at a European level.
- Françoise Toutain
- Teacher, member of the Board of Directors since 2005; she collaborated
with ENDA Europe on street education issues, particularly in Asia; she
is currently a head of department within an Institution for education and
prevention (Temporarily working at the Board of Directors).
